Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology

Medical Lab Technology takes place largely in the laboratory, analyzing blood and tissue samples, making cultures and matching and preparing blood donations for transfusion. Medical lab technologists work in hospital laboratories, pharmaceutical firms, research facilities and other lab settings to assist doctors and surgeons in determining the presence, severity and possible causes of disease. More experienced medical lab technologists may advance in this career by conducting research, developing new methods of analysis and supervising and training clinical lab technicians.

Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist : A dental hygienist is a licensed dental professional who is registered with a dental association or regulatory body within their country of practice. They are a primary healthcare professional who works independent of, or alongside dentists and other dental professionals in a team to provide full oral health care. They have the training and education that focus and specialise in the prevention and treatment of oral disease. They can choose to work in a range of dental settings from independent practice, private practice, specialists practices to public sector; and can also work in residential aged care facilities.

Dentistry is a part of medical science that deals with the problems that affects mouth such as soft and hard tissues of oral cavity, gums and teeth.  It studies about the prevention, evaluation, diagnosis and the treatment of disorders and settings of tissues and diseases that affect the mouth. The profession of dentistry also takes cares of dental care and correction of teeth.  Graduates who specialize in this field are known as dentists.
Dentists utilize range of measures and techniques in treating their patients such as fitting artificial replacements, filling, extracting teeth, scaling and crowning of teeth and treating cum diseases. Dentistry problems related to jaws or any invasive oral procedure are normally taken care by oral surgeons.
Dental surgeons make laser surgery, implants, trauma surgery, tissue grafts in order to correct them. Dentists also instruct patients about oral hygiene and ways to mantain a healthy teeth as well as prevent  dental problems. Hence there is lot of scopefor this profession in India.

Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering

Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering Instrumentation Engineering is a specialised branch of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, primarily focussing on the principles and operations of measuring instruments used in the design and configuration of automated systems. Instrumentation technology helps create, construct and maintain measuring and control devices and systems found in manufacturing plants and research institutions. Hence those with B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees in Electronics, Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering can find jobs in these fields. Public-sector companies such as Instrumentation Ltd., Bharat Electronics Ltd. and Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. provide job opportunities. Instrumentation Engineering is the basis of mechatronics and robotics engineering. Its main objective is to ensure that systems and processes operate safely and efficiently.

The eligibility criteria for pursuing a master’s degree are holding a bachelor's degree in (B.E/B.Tech) or any other equivalent branches of engineering.

Electronics and Communication Engineering

Electronics engineering, or electronic engineering, is an engineering discipline which utilizes non-linear and active electrical components (such as electron tubes, and semiconductor devices, especially transistors, diodes and integrated circuits) to design electronic circuits, devices and systems. The discipline typically also designs passive electrical components, usually based on printed circuit boards.

The term "electronic engineering" denotes a broad engineering field that covers subfields such as analog electronics, digital electronics, consumer electronics, embedded systems and power electronics. Electronics engineering deals with implementation of applications, principles and algorithms developed within many related fields, for example solid-state physics, radio engineering, telecommunications, control systems, signal processing, systems engineering, computer engineering, instrumentation engineering, electric power control, robotics, and many others.

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is one of the most important and influential organizations for electronics engineers.

Electronics and Communication Engineering deals with electronic devices and software interfaces. It has a wide range of applications that helps to make our life comfortable and more convenient. It helps to increase productivity in various industries such as oil, energy, agriculture, telecommunication media including television, radio and computers. The course is also applied to many other important sectors such as steel, petroleum and chemical industries; healthcare industry; and transportation industry.

The engineers are trained to direct, control and test production processes; and also to ensure safety, installation and proper functioning of the various mechanisms. Electronics and Communication Engineering will integrate knowledge based upon digital electronics and logic design, fundamentals of communication engineering, electronic circuits, signals and systems, power electronics, applied electromagnetic theory, integrated circuits, VLSI, control systems and computer architecture.
